Q: What Is The Cutoff Date For Dow Corning Implants?
A: If you were implanted with Dow Corning implants prior to June 1, 1993 and are registered with the SF-DCT, you may be eligible to participate in the Dow Corning Class Action settlements.
Q: I Do Not Have The Medical Records From My Initial Implantation Can You Still Help Me?
A: Acceptable Proof of Manufacturer is required in order to file a claim with Dow Corning. If you are registered with the SF-DCT, our office will do our best to assist you in obtaining your Proof of Manufacturer.
Q: I Was Implanted With A Non Dow Corning Implant, Am I Still Eligible For Funds?
A: No. The MDL-926 closed its doors on December 15, 2010. Unfortunately the only claims office still open for settlements is the SF-DCT.
Q: I Filed My Disease Claim With Dow Corning And Now Have A Deficiency. Can You Help Me?
A: Yes. Our office has been very successful with assisting women who have had difficulties curing their deficiencies. However, time is of the essence, so please contact our office, since you may only have one year to submit additional records.
